Recognizing anxiety in yourself can be easier than recognizing it in someone else. That’s because many people can actually hide their anxiety. You don’t know the feelings of panic they’re experiencing. But there are clues when your family member or friend is developing anxiety. In my friend, the first clue was a loss of interest in playing tennis. She’s always been a huge tennis fan, and we have played regularly for years. She started complaining she was tired all the time and began to talk badly about herself. This woman is gorgeous, and it was very disconcerting to listen to her disparage herself.

If finally sat her down and told her what I was noticing. Much to my relief she admitted she was having regular anxiety attacks and they were making her feel sad and fearful. I suggested she get herself to a doctor right away, which she did. When she felt better a few weeks later, she thanked me. You should not be afraid to say something to people you love who seem have anxiety or depression symptoms. The sooner you treat these disorders, the sooner they can be reversed.

Sudden Anxiety

It’s a fact that a sudden stressful situation can signal the start of panic attacks. The groundwork has been laid long before the actual attack though. I had my first panic attack shortly after changing jobs. I wanted the job and was ready to start the job, but I panicked for no apparent reason. The point is that that I was experiencing various levels of anxiety up to that point. I had experienced a lot of nervousness and started worrying about how well I was handling my job and family. I began waking up in the middle of the night. But I never had a panic attack until I had to give that speech.

When you are looking at anxiety in your life, you have to look at the big picture. It wasn’t really the speech that caused my anxiety. It was the fact I was feeling my life was on the verge of collapse, because I was barely balancing my work and personal life. Changing jobs added to the worry, because it was so important I do well. I recommend you don’t do what I did – ignore the warning signs. A panic attack is just one event away.

Preservatives and Additives Can Affect Allergies

When preparing a meal to cook it, there are ingredients that will need to be blended together to give this meal a good taste. Some of the ingredients added like vegetables or fruit that is dry or juices will enhance the flavor to the food. But, some of these additives and preservatives are not good for those who have allergies with them.

If there is an allergy with the preservatives and additives in foods, the body will let you know in several ways. Each person is different and may react in other ways. But the most common signs of allergies with preservatives and additives is nausea, itchy skin with hives maybe some diarrhea or throwing up.

Learning what the body is saying is very important. So, if any of these symptoms develop after eating foods with preservatives or additives, take a close evaluation of the ingredients and remove what is affecting your body.
